CLOISONNE

Color has always been a driving force in my life. It’s why I’ve been so drawn to cloisonné. The word means ‘cell’, which is made by the wires set into the surface of the design. Each cell is filled with colors, making up the final design. The Japanese enamels I use have the greatest intesity of color, giving the pieces I make the vibrancy I’m looking for.
